It's been a while coming! All my attention has been on sBlogIt! since the start of the year, and I've finally got it to a place where I'm really happy with it, and it's doing exactly what I want it to do. So, let's turn my attention back to YourPCM again ...
YourPCM, smooth coding, Guide me through life's chaos, Peaceful harmony
YourPCM is my CRM that I try never to call a CRM. I call it "Easy contact management for small business owners!" instead. My other SaaS product, sBlogIt! requires a lot of my attention and will never be a mass-market product.
In contrast, YourPCM is a different story. Once it's up and running with some good training from me and Aimee's support (my super clever chatbot), I don't need to give it much attention day-to-day once my subscribers are using it in their businesses.
But it still needs improving from time to time!
Although I'm very happy with its feature set, I get to spend some time with it when I find new tools that I can integrate into it. One major update I'm doing is a new mailer builder. The original drag-and-drop one I installed was good, but it had a few foibles and things I didn't like, so I always knew I was going to replace it one day.
Now, I've sourced a new one and it is excellent. Apart from having complete control over every aspect of the content, it's a superb piece of software, and the bonus is that it has loads of templates my subscribers can use when designing their mailers.
I do need a monthly subscription for it, but the good news is that with the number of mailer subscribers I have right now, I'm well within the limits of the standard package, so I can just get on with integrating it and then rolling it out to all my YourPCM Marketer subscribers.
I'm just tidying up after my office move!
Last weekend, I moved my office downstairs into my living room (I've spent many years working where I relax), and now I need to give the house a good tidy-up, followed by a skip run on Saturday. Apart from that, my weekend will be filled with "Eat, Sleep, Code, Repeat", and I'll be in my happy place for the whole weekend.
Apart from the new mailer builder integration, I have a couple of other tweaks and changes I need to make based on feature requests I've received, and I also need to think about how I'm going to update the AI tab as all the models have moved on.
I may even remove it altogether, since there are plenty of free models available, so why do I need that feature in YourPCM when it costs me money?
I guess that's a conversation I'll be having with myself next week.
Love, light & logic ...

Based in the charming village of Hanslope in Buckinghamshire, UK, I bring over 30 years of experience in web development. From creating my first website for the Open University in 1993, through being part of the dot com boom, to my explorations in SaaS and AI over the last few years, my journey has been a rich tapestry of web projects, big and small, both funded and bootstrapped.
Originally developed during the pandemic, at the start of 2025, I released the next iteration of YourPCM, version 2, which is all about 'Easy Contact Management for Small Business Owners'. Is it a CRM? Yes, but I don't call it that because people glaze over at the mention of such things. CRMs are boring, difficult to get to grips with, and it's a nightmare to get help when you need it.
YourPCM is none of those things! It's simple to use, well-supported, feature rich and beautiful, right out of the box. It's available on a simple monthly subscription with no long-term tie-in. Book a demo or grab your own 14-working-day free trial and discover why YourPCM is all about easy contact management for small business owners.
My head is in the cloud, my heart belongs to the web, and my soul is filled with such beautiful code 💗
