YourAI: My New Micro-SaaS Launches

Back in December 2023 I wrote about a new Micro-SaaS I was working on, This was a wrapper for ChatGPT and DALL-E and I called it YourAI. I released it to my YourPCM subscribers as a new module just before Christmas ...

The idea for YourAI came from my work creating a business card scanner for YourPCM over the summer. It was something I'd been thinking about for a while, but once I learned Google had upgraded their API and a new 'vision' feature was available, it was all hands to the pumps, and I created the business card scanner in a weekend.

Many of you know I work on blogs for several commercial businesses. Although I call them my 'legacy blogging clients' this is simply a differentiator between my YourPCM subscribers and them. There's nothing legacy about them and I actively write, edit and publish blog posts for them every single week.

But I was using AI more and more. If one of them sent me a link to an article they'd previously read, I'd copy and paste the text into ChatGPT and ask it to create a brand new version of it without any plagiarism to the original. Also, when OpenAI released DALL-E version 3 the images were realistic enough to use in those blog posts.

So, how could I automate this? That's when I decided to create YourAI. Yes, many people have experience with ChatGPT and DALL-E, but there's a lot of prompt generation involved and what if I could take away a lot of the heavy lifting around prompts and also create a place to store all of your creations for easy access in future?

I'll be writing more about the features soon so I'm simply going to say that YourAI was a Christmas present to my YourPCM subscribers and I worked over the festive break to make it a standalone product available to everyone. So, now the Micro-SaaS I was talking about last year is complete and ready to go.
